Job Description

. Explore and gather information on new sourcing areas

Talk to vendors, truck drivers, wholesalers, retailers and maintain good rapport with them
Collect data on truck arrivals in markets everyday
Daily report on truck arrivals, source & quantity arrived in market
2. Understand and record market trends, prices and quality

Take wholesale and retail prices across assigned SKUs in markets
Record quality of FnV and communicate the same to managers & quality team
Be up-to-date on market trends
Accuracy of prices & quality
3. Ownership of assigned SKUs & maintain quality

Take complete ownership of SKUs assigned to executive
Perform frequent quality checks at CC/FC/DC level
Reduce returns due to quality
Returns due to quality of SKUs assigned to the executive
4. Business acumen & key skills

Strong knowledge on farmer background and their methods of procuring FnV
Local Market and competition knowledge and clear articulation of ninjacart advantages
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to create win-win
Give continuous feedback to internal teams to improve our farmer service levels
